Return & Exchange


1. Due to hygiene and packaging constraints, accessories are categorized as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. We are committed to a quick and easy return process.

3. Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

4. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with the price tag intact.

5. If you receive an item that is damaged or incomplete, you must submit clear photographic evidence and an unboxing/unpacking video to our office within 24 hours of delivery. We will initiate the return and replacement process only after the submitted evidence has been internally reviewed and validated by our team.

Refund Policy


1. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

2. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.

Please note: All refunds will be for the cost of the product(s) only. Original shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received a defective or incorrect item)

3. Once the refund is approved and initiated by us, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to credit the funds back to your account. The actual posting time is dependent on your financial institution.
